Tucked away off the main road between Newport and Cardigan, the cottage lies just outside the pretty village of Eglwyswrw. The property is attached to the owners’ farmhouse and the farm itself is a working one. Experience a holiday like no other - wake up to fresh eggs courtesy of the free range chickens that wander the farmyard freely. The owner’s are happy to supply their guests with eggs, as well as their home grown vegetable produce. Ensure you pack your wellies, as there’s 33 acres of land to explore! The surrounding land offers some wonderful countryside views, a chance to explore the flora and funa of the landscape, as well as plenty of outdoor space and fresh country air for exuberant children! If 33 acres is not enough - a bridle path runs through the land, giving guests access to even more countryside just waiting to be explored.
After a countryside walk, its furnished patio area with magnificent views across the Pembrokeshire countryside is a wonderful spot to relax and unwind. Eglwyswrw is a small and friendly village with a church, village shop and petrol station. Situated between the magnificent Preseli Hills, the Gwaun valley and the beautiful coastline of North Pembrokeshire and Ceredigion, this corner of Wales has it all and many attractions are just a short drive away, making Wern Villa Cottage an ideal holiday base.

The property is set back from a main road and is reached by a farm track. Guests should be aware that this is a working farm and care should be taken with the animals, pond and farm machinery. The owners who live next door, are happy to provide a laundry service. Dog must be kept on a lead when outside, due to the number of free range farm animals. Parking for 2-3 cars. Owners can offer stabling and paddock for horses by prior arrangement. Secure bike storage available. BBQ.
