The setting is perfect for children of all ages (adults too!). There is plenty of room to run around and explore – and plenty of animals to befriend…. a pair of Kune-kune miniature pigs, a very large Gloucester Old Spot, a donkey, goats, sheep, chickens (you can collect your own eggs for breakfast if you want to), ducks, dogs, cats and loads of horses and ponies – including a tiny rescue pony named Tinkerbell.
You could stay around the farm all day – with a heated, indoor swimming pool, hot tub, games room and riding school on site with tuition for all ages from 4 years plus and then a BBQ in the evening. Formerly a small lodge house, it has now been extensively re-built and re-designed with eco-friendly and allergy-friendly features throughout; the floors are made from local oak with under-floor heating and each room is tastefully decorated. The ground floor being open plan, has a large matted lobby entrance where coats and boots can be stored and has the benefit of a large Cloakroom with WC. The large kitchen/dining room has all modern energy efficient A or A* rated appliances, such as Rangemaster cooker with two ovens, Miele fridge-freezer, Miele dishwasher, M&S microwave, John Lewis washing machine and condenser drier, granite work surfaces and all the cooking equipment and utensils you will need.  Double French Doors open out onto a Welsh slate patio area with garden furniture and barbecue.  In the middle of the living room is a double-sided wood-burning stove which is cosy in the colder months.  The 40" LED television has freeview channels; there is a DVD player with a selection of DVD’s, a CD player with I-pod dock, table football, a large selection of games and puzzles, books including guides of the area, and daylight lamps for reading.  There is also WIFI internet access and a telephone for calls within UK.  There are four bedrooms: three double rooms, two of which have en-suite wet rooms, and a room with full-sized single bunk beds.
