Customer feedback adds another level of detail to our property listings. Holidaymakers are asked to comment on their accommodation when returning from holiday with their opinion added to a cottage’s info page.
So far we have over 100,000 customer comments on our listed properties and, as we receive approximately 50,000 customer questionnaires each year, it’s a figure that’s growing all the time.
When enough customers deem a property to offer an exceptional level of comfort for its star rating, it receives Gold Star status.
Because the Gold Star system works independently of a property’s pricing level, any property listed with cottages4you can be eligible for the award. That way you know that the properties covered by Gold Star status are truly exceptional.
