Properties in England are graded using Enjoy England's official grading criteria and properties in Scotland, Wales and Ireland are graded to comparable standards.

Properties in Ireland, Wales, Scotland and France are graded using comparable standards. Listed properties are also graded by the holidaymakers who've stayed in them. When a property receives enough overwhelmingly positive feedback it reaches Gold Award status, which means an exceptional experience is in store for holidaymakers who've booked a stay there.
A select few of our listed properties are also recipients of the Green Tourism Business Scheme award. The award, which is validated by Visit Britain, is given to properties that are environmentally friendly when measured against a rigorous set of criteria, covering areas such as energy and water efficiency, waste management, biodiversity and more.
