Situated within the grounds of Craigievar Castle, these picture perfect holiday cottages are surrounded by 90-acres of parkland. The castle is a fine example of Scottish Baronial architecture and has stood for almost four centuries against a backdrop of rolling hills. Alford, with its butchers, bakers, pubs and restaurants can be reached in an easy 15 minutes by car. Visit Alford Heritage Centre, which contains displays on village and farm life from the past.
