Take a stroll around the harbour and admire the 18th century merchant's houses or head for the golden sandy beach; perfect for rockpooling or building sandcastles with the kids. Diving is popular in the area, or you could hop aboard a sightseeing boat trip, where you'll likely spot some of the varied marine wildlife including the local seals.
