The secluded garden is full of birds and interesting plants including some lovely rhododendrons and a magnificent Austrian Pine which is over 250 years old! At night you can admire the views of the floodlit St John’s Kirk and the lights of Perth. Inside this Scandinavian style property it is comfortably furnished throughout, offering a lot of space for a large family to enjoy. There is a large lounge/dining room with patio doors leading out onto a covered patio area and views of the garden. From the lounge you access the large conservatory. The kitchen is bright and well equipped. There is a downstairs double bedroom and bathroom, upstairs there is another bathroom and a further three bedrooms. You could easily stay here without a car - you can arrive at the local airport or train station and then take a short taxi journey. From Hollybush Cottage it is only a short walk to the local shops, pubs and eateries.

Ledlanet Stables Cottage is a lovely detached self catering property nestling within a working farm near Kinross in Perthshire. Ledlanet is a 650 ha estate specialising in highland cattle, there are also horses, goats and a wonderful selection of wildlife to be found from red squirrels to red deer. The cottage stands immediately behind Ledlanet stables courtyard and is accessed via the arch beneath the stables tower. The accommodation comprises of two doubles, a twin and one single bedroom, with shower room on the ground floor and bathroom on the first floor. The lounge has a wood burning stove and a large L shaped sofa. The farmhouse style kitchen is well equipped with an old Aga stove which makes the room lovely and warm. The dining area is within the kitchen. The cottage is situated 150 metres to the west of Ledlanet House and has a fully enclosed garden integral with the stables courtyard. The Estate is a mixture of farmland, woodland policies and a private loch. Views are stunning all round, up into the hills or over the Vale of Kinross to Loch Leven. Guests can walk around the farm and in the surrounding hills; they can fish in the loch, have picnics or barbecues, go cycling, perhaps even get to help on the farm or just relax.
