You are led into a fantastic bright spacious kitchen, which has a feature stone wall and central breakfasting area. The kitchen has access straight onto the private decking. Both bedrooms are beautifully coordinated and each has a wall mounted combined TV/DVD with freeview. This lovingly restored stone built cottage sits on the bank of a charming river and from the spacious decking you can see it making its way towards Loch Ard. The cottage has full access to 15 acres of maintained ground, with fields that lead you down to the lochside, where fishing is free to residents from the foreshore.

The village of Lochearnhead has a shop and Post Office and two hotels with restaurant facilities, both within walking distance. Set in 6 acres of farmland, Mull Lodge is detached timber clad cottage. The open plan living space has a well equipped kitchen with dining area next to it. The lounge space is next to the large patio doors which lead out onto a balcony and provides  a stunning view across Loch Earn. There is disabled access to this cottage with a ramped approach to the door. This self catering cottage is ideal for a family of four with two bedrooms - a  double and a twin. Mull Lodge can be booked along with Kintyre Cottage to provide accommodation for up to 6 people. From the cottage you are welcome to venture freely where you will be able to spot red deer or to feed the hens and even get some freshly laid eggs. The cottage has the use of a jetty (a mooring is available if required) and you can hire a boat locally. Fishing is free to residents from the foreshore. Loch Earn is 6.5 miles long and is a popular area for water sports and fishing with stunning scenery all around.

The cottage has the additional benefit that it is only a short walk (200 yards) to gain access to the seafront where you can walk, fish, launch a canoe or just rest on the rocks, relax and enjoy the view.
