Gairloch is perfectly located for exploring the North West Highlands and is surrounded by the magnificent scenery of Wester Ross.
There's a real sense of space in Gairloch and with beautiful beaches, rocky coastline and a backdrop of majestic mountains, it's easy to see why so many people choose to holiday here. Head to the Gairloch Marine Life Centre for loch and sea cruises, as well as an extensive local wildlife information centre. Cruising out in to the Loch, you'll discover the breathtaking coastline of Gairloch while getting close to common and grey seals in their natural habitat. You may also be rewarded with a glimpse of minke whales, dolphins and bird colonies.
