This stone-built farmhouse, set on the top of a hill (600m above sea level), 22 km north of Assisi, is now a fully restored holiday house with beautiful surroundings. The farmhouse is characterized by a particularly fantastic view of the surrounding valleys and hills, which reaches as far as Gubbio. The accommodation has a professional kitchen and is divided into two mini apartments. The large green outdoor areas that surround the house offers absolute peace and quiet. The house is surrounded by lawn areas, a very large panoramic terrace where you can bask in the sun, a covered and equipped terrace and a natural meadow (approx. 5,000 m²) at the beginning of which you will find the swimming pool. There is also the possibility of going for pleasant walks. Approx. 200 m away, at the foot of the hill, there is a horse stable with a few of the owner’s horses with independent access on a private road. On request and upon local payment, the owner will make a horse-riding instructor available for organizing pleasant trips through the countryside.
