The cottages are peacefully located in the grounds of Kilfeacle House, approached via a tree-lined drive, surrounded by lovely mature gardens, yet lie just 5 miles from the vibrant Tipperary town. There are many attractions within a short drive including the Rock of Cashel, Holycross Abbey, Mitchelstown Caves, the stunning Glen of Aherlow, Galtee Mountains and Cahir Castle/Swiss Cottage. Local activities include fishing, tennis (in village), golf, horse riding, hill walking, cinema/theatre/leisure complex (5 miles) and racecourses (5 miles). Further afield, the major cities of Cork, Dublin, Galway, Kilkenny and Killarney are close enough for day trips by car or train (station, 10 minutes). Shop 5 miles, pub and restaurant 1 mile.

These charming, terraced holiday cottages are within strolling distance of the medieval walled town of Fethard, with its many pubs, restaurants and shops. Knockelly Castle, a fortified tower house, is just one of the many historical buildings in the area, and for horse enthusiasts, Fethard is home to the internationally recognised Coolmore Stud.
Hill walking is plentiful, with stunning Slievenamon Mountain, where at the summit ancient burial cairns can be viewed, the highest of which is said to mark the entrance to the mysterious Celtic underworld.
