Set peacefully in the heart of the Périgord Noir, equidistant from Montignac and Sarlat, these three picturesque cottages are situated around a charming courtyard with a spacious covered terrace that includes the old village bread oven. The charming old riverside town of Montignac, famous for its caves at Lascaux II, is just five minutes’ drive away and offers opportunities for canoe hire on the River Vézère, Wednesday market and riverside bars and restaurants. In the other direction lies the popular medieval town of Sarlat with its exceptional heritage with the most registered classified buildings per square mile in Europe, winding streets, summer festivals and famous twice-weekly market. Opportunities for tasting local produce at one of the many restaurants or ferme auberges are endless.
