Lescuras, in the commune of St. Pantaly-d’Ans, is close to Hautefort (approximately 8.5 miles, 14km) which is home to one of the most famous châteaux in the Dordogne.

The historic and popular towns of Périgueux, Montignac, Sarlat and Les Eyzies and the Châteaux of Beynac and Castlenaud are all within 37.25 miles (60km). Hautefort has a very popular fishing/swimming lake,
