This charming detached holiday cottage is situated on the edge of a small hamlet, with lovely views over the countryside which can be enjoyed from the large garden or the spacious sunny conservatory. The beautiful beaches of Granville are a short drive with seafood restaurants, casino and ferry to the Channel Islands. This large, attractive stone farmhouse has been divided into two picturesque holiday properties (refs W14149 and W14561). Each property is spacious and well furnished, and on-site there is a large, shared, indoor heated swimming pool (6.5m x 3.6m, depth 1-1.5m) as well as a large, shared, enclosed garden with games area which includes pétanque, badminton and table tennis. The properties are ideally situated for exploring the surrounding area which includes the D-Day landing sites, Mont St Michel and Bayeux. Villedieu-les-Poêles, the copper and bell manufacturing city with great museums and shopping, is only 20km away. Within half an hours drive is the historic cathedral town of Countances and the sandy beaches of Montmartin-sur-Mer. A little further down the coast is the lively seaside resort of Granville with restaurants, shops, casino and ferries over to the nearby islands of Jersey and Guernsey.
