A river borders this very large house, containing properties F19104 (La Petite Rivière) and F19105 (Près de l’Eau), situated in a small quiet hamlet with landscaped gardens and a large shared swimming pool. The beautiful rolling countryside in this area with little valleys and wooded hilltops, is criss-crossed by trout streams flowing into the rivers Vézère and Auvézère. This rural landscape is unspoilt and offers opportunities for rambling, mountain biking, fishing, riding and canoeing. You can visit the mediæval villages of Saint-Robert, Segur-le-Château and Allassac. The magnificent château at Hautefort and the famous stud farm at Pompadour, the Andes Village in Juillac, and the Country Crafts Museum in Ayen are all worth a visit too.
