This stone holiday villa is very spacious and is situated at the gateway to Grasse, the world renowned town of fragrances, and Cabris, a small typical village. A waterfall flows gently beside the swimming pool (84m², open mid May-mid Sep) and music is installed in the summer kitchen, which is designed for large family meals.

There is a huge games room in the basement will allow you to play pool, and there is table tennis and a table football available in the annexes. You will be near the centre of the village of Cabris, with its restaurants and small typical streets, and the 18-hole golf course of Claux Anic on the nearby hill.

The ancient town of Grasse is 5km away, and Mandelieu and Antibes are 20km. The beaches of the French Riviera, Cannes and the Croisette are only 24km away.
