It is on the outskirts of the authentic and popular hillside village of St. Cézaire with stunning views and restaurants, shops and a market on Saturday. The house offers complete tranquillity and has horse riding facilities nearby, 4km from the River Siagne and 20km from the Lake Cassien with bikes and boats for hire. The interior of the house is cool with stone floors and the lounge and kitchen open onto terraces. There is one double bedroom and a further double bedroom with the possibility of twin beds, also a mezzanine over the lounge with two single beds. The covered terrace is surrounded by a large grass area leading down to the shaded, floodlit and fenced pool (occasionally used by the owner) overlooking the countryside. The owner’s house is 50m away, hidden behind trees and shrubs and they have a small friendly dog.
