The park has nearly 500km of footpaths, as well as long distance trails, perfect for walkers of all abilities. Places to visit include Moûtiers, 18km, which has a small historic centre and a cathedral, Bourg-Saint-Maurice, 45km, popular for watersports, or the Gorges de l’Arly, 58km.
