This part of the garden is the perfect place for a barbeque, and although the garden is not fenced in, we do accept up to 2 well behaved dogs, as there is plenty of scope for exercise and walks.
From the cottage the North York Moor Railway runs by with steam trains passing on a regular basis, ensuring a perfect base for the railway enthusiasts. Situated in a peaceful, rural setting in the Esk valley, Steamview Cottage is 2 miles from the village of Egton, where there are several good pubs serving excellent food.
