This collection of 17th century stone, semi-detached barn conversions (refs 30378, 30379, 30380, 30381, 30382 and 30383), located in the owners’ grounds, sit in a secluded spot, just yards away from the South West Coastal Path and the picturesque Millendreath Beach, which is close to Looe on Cornwall’s beautiful south coast. Deep sea fishing and other water sports can all be enjoyed in Looe, along with woodland and coastal walks nearby. To the east of the town is the historic city of Plymouth, with its National Marine Aquarium, theatres, cinemas, bowling and shopping, which can be reached from the historic village of Kingsand, right into Barbican, while to the west is Fowey, home to the royal sailing regatta and many galleries, shops and restaurants. Further down the coast is Watergate Bay, home of Jamie Oliver’s ’Fifteen’ restaurant and a long sandy beach. These properties lie on the owners’ grassland farm in a superb holiday location between Bodmin Moor and the North Cornwall Coast. The Bull Pen (28055) and The Cow Shed (28056) , converted from a traditional barn, are furnished and fitted to a very good standard.
