Welcome to Kirklea, our charming cottage in the picturesque village of Askrigg, deep in the beautiful Yorkshire Dales - judged by ’The Times’ as the best village for a holiday home.  It’s fully equipped and decorated to an excellent standard, combining traditional features with modern amenities for a cosy and welcoming holiday. There’s also a good sized, fully enclosed garden and patios (which become excellent sun traps!) with a stunning view down the Dale.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped and opens into a large dining area, complete with a TV, hearth, wood burning stove and comfy chairs to relax in front of the fire after a long day!
There are two washrooms: a new shower/ wc on the ground floor and a shower/bath/wc on the first floor. The bedrooms (one double, two twins) are light and airy, with big windows and ample storage. The master bedroom in particular has spectacular views across the Dales towards the impressive Nappa Scar.
