Brundall is a traditional Norfolk village providing a great cottage holiday location for those who want to stay in close proximity to the Norfolk Broads. With excellent rail links, on the line from Great Yarmouth to Norwich, Brundall is the perfect spot for exploring Norfolk and the Norfolk Broads with days out by either car, train or boat.

The village itself is a peaceful and scenic place, surrounded by tranquil countryside, with a beautiful church and traditional cottages set upon a hill overlooking the River Yare. The village reaches down to the edge of the river, where you'll find a number of small mariners and boat yards, as well as a charming local pub and village store. The high street has some great shops and a few traditional pubs, some of which are also beautiful listed buildings.

The easy access to the Norfolk waterways make Brundall popular with boating enthusiasts and you'll find plenty of other water-based activities during your stay in the Broads. You can hire anything from kayaks to a luxury cruising boat, or simply book a tour and let someone else worry about the navigation. Away from the water itself, the area is teeming with wildlife and there are plenty of great walks and cycle tracks through the beautiful Norfolk countryside on offer.

Make the most of the Norfolk Broads by staying in one of the charming holiday cottages in Brundall for a relaxing week in the countryside.
