With excellent rail links, on the line from Great Yarmouth to Norwich, Brundall is the perfect spot for exploring Norfolk and the Norfolk Broads with days out by either car, train or boat.

The village itself is a peaceful and scenic place, surrounded by tranquil countryside, with a beautiful church and traditional cottages set upon a hill overlooking the River Yare. The village reaches down to the edge of the river, where you'll find a number of small mariners and boat yards, as well as a charming local pub and village store. The high street has some great shops and a few traditional pubs, some of which are also beautiful listed buildings.

The easy access to the Norfolk waterways make Brundall popular with boating enthusiasts and you'll find plenty of other water-based activities during your stay in the Broads. You can hire anything from kayaks to a luxury cruising boat, or simply book a tour and let someone else worry about the navigation.
