Located just 3 miles from the dog-friendly beaches and attractions of Mablethorpe and Sutton on Sea, and also 10 miles from the Lincolnshire Wolds (AONB), these semi-detached holiday properties are set in the quiet grounds of the owner’s farm, with 2 private fishing lakes for guests and a small caravan site. There is also a children’s play area and sandpit, and a pub and shop are a short walk away, with cycle routes and good walks throughout the area. Alford and Louth both have regular market days, and for any golfers, the well-known links course at Sandilands is just a short drive, whilst a 9-hole course is just a short walk from the properties. Butlins at Skegness and Fantasy Island at Ingoldmells are both within a 30-minute drive, as is the motor racing circuit at Cadwell Park. The Battle of Britain Memorial Flight is well worth a visit and is a 45-minute drive at RAF Coningsby. Between November and January, you can see the seals at Donna Nook and the cathedral at Lincoln, where ’The Da Vinci Code’ was filmed, is a 45-minute drive. Beach 3½ miles. Greetham Retreat recently saw its first kestrel fledglings in one of the newly erected boxes.
