Vespers enjoys a delightful position on this sunny site and has excellent views of majestic Windermere from the main living area. The accommodation, all on the one level, is perfect for two, of good quality throughout with traditional style furnishings and is just a short stroll to Windermere and a 15 minute walk to Bowness where you will find a host of good cafes, bars and restaurants to sample during your stay.

Situated in the heart of the picturesque village of Hesket Newmarket on the northern edge of the Lake District National Park and Caldbeck Fells. It is next door but one to the renowned village pub, The Crown Inn which is unique in that they brew their own beer and it is owned and run by a committee of local residents. There is also a village store, Post Office and tea room. This is the peaceful part of the Lake District where you may enjoy walks away from all the tourists.
