These lovely cottages (refs 16995 and 23420) adjoin the owner’s 17th-century farmhouse, which is located in the hamlet of Tregatta just a short distance from mystical Tintagel, in an AONB. They are surrounded by historic fishing villages, beautiful beaches and open countryside as well as a fine selection of restaurants, pubs and shops and the famous ruins of King Arthur’s castle (Camelot). Atlantic Cottage (ref 16995) has a large lawned garden at the front and Orchard Cottage (ref 23420) boasts a large orchard garden, both equipped with table, chairs and BBQ. There are panoramic views over open fields and sea views from parking area. Sandy beaches are within a few minutes’ drive and close by are the picturesque villages of Boscastle to the north and Port Isaac, made famous by the TV series ’Doc Martin’. Polzeath, Rock and Padstow, home to Rick Stein’s famous seafood restaurant are to the south. This is a great location for exploring all of Cornwall including the Eden Project, and some of the stunning gardens on the south coast. These pet friendly holiday barns are situated less than half a mile from the stunning north coast of Cornwall. In the heart of this small Cornish hamlet, the barns (refs 30108, 30109, 30110 and 30111) are furnished and fitted to provide a comfortable base from which to explore the many attractions that Cornwall has to offer. Travelling down the coast, guests will come to Port Isaac, where the TV series ’Doc Martin’ is filmed, and further down the coast, visit the beautiful sandy surfing beach at Polzeath and the dunes at Rock where you can take a ferry across to Padstow.
