Home to one of the world's most beautiful bays, the beach is a popular destination for kite-surfing, windsurfing and sailing enthusiasts, and sheltered waters make this a safe spot for family swimming. Of course, the town is also the gateway to St Michael's Mount, accessible via a causeway which appears at low tide.

Nearby attractions include the Eden Project and the ever-popular Minack Theatre, where you can enjoy open-air productions, and Penzance is just a short distance away along the beach. Marazion is a popular place for arts and crafts lovers and you'll find a plethora of gift shops selling hand-crafted goods in the town centre, as well as galleries showcasing the work of local artists

Take an evening walk along Marazion's parade and don't miss the stunning views of the floodlit castle, or venture out of your cosy cottage and enjoy dining in the town. There are lots of options to choose from, including Ben's Cornish Kitchen. The Times voted it one of the UK's Top 30 Best Seaside Restaurants, and with its relaxed approach to dining and menu focusing on the finest Cornish ingredients, you can see why.
