A mile away on the A148 is the filling station with off licence and mini-market open 7 days a week. 3 miles away is the fascinating village of Binham with the priory ruins, family run pub/restuarant with micro brewery (tours by appointment), a local butchers, and a garage with store full of an array of goods. Wonderful Wells is only 6 miles, a visitors haven, a traditional fishing village with all the usual tourist attractions along with craft shops and art galleries.
Hall Farm has been in the family for four generations and the Barn has been beautifully restored by the owner, in 2008, with careful consideration to comfort, design and style. With the hand crafted oak staircase that leads to the vast vaulted ceiling with exposed original oak beams, is the open-plan living/dining-room/farmhouse kitchen area with granite worktops allowing light and brilliant views. Solid oak floors and doors give a traditional feel to this fine dwelling. The twin bedroom, which tucks nicely under the beams allowing a closer look at the handmade ancient crafted roof, provides the lower ceiling to the kitchen and dining area. There is a toilet on this level.
Downstairs are the three large bedrooms - a double with 5ft bed and en-suite, twin bed with French doors to courtyard and a further bedroom with three pine beds, as well as the washing/drying facilities. All bedrooms have fitted carpets and there is underfloor heating throughout.
The owner’s aim is to provide guests with everything that is needed for the perfect holiday.
