Ground floor: Living room with wooden floor. Dining room with wooden floor/kitchen with slate floor. First floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 single. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet. Second floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with additional single, 1 twin.

Woodburner in living room included. Gas central heating, partial underfloor heating, gas, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Travel cot. High chair. Satellite TV. Video. DVD. CD. Gas hob. Electric oven. Microwave. Washing machine. Dishwasher. Freezer. Enclosed garden and furniture. No smoking. Friday to Friday. NB: There are 4 steps in the garden.

  1. We really enjoyed our holiday in the Isle of Wight. The accommodation was very good, it was clean and comfortable with plenty of rooom for our family of seven. It was close to the sea, shops, restaurants and pubs. Within our family we had a 16 year old grandson and 1 year old baby and it was enjoyed by both. The bedrooms were on two different floors so my grandson had a bedroom to himself. July 2011.
  2. Perfect location although the parking in the street is a bit of a pain if you have a big car? Not that easy to fit into the odd space, but that’s being picky. Apart from that we had a fantastic time and wouldnt hesitate to return sometime in the future. May 2011.

  4. The property was situated in a great location for easy access to walk into Cowes. The property was comfortable, clean and perfect for a lovely holiday. It would have been made outstanding with a second toilet / shower room (with 6 adults and 2 children). We loved it though! July 2010.
  5. Recently refurbished property in good condition with good appliances.Very close to Cowes (200m to main street) so pubs/restaurants really close to walk to. June 2010.

  11. Very well equipped property for example dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid. Very helpful, friendly owner, the property could do with a second toilet but is a very nice property for a large group. We particularly liked the Wi-Fi and the open plan kitchen/diner. Oct 2009.

  16. As a group of friends who travel long distances to meet up every year, the importance of being together under one roof rather than in a hotel can’t be stated enough. This property was fantastically located within walking distance of everything which Cowes has to offer. The landlord went out of his way to make us feel welcome and we had a fantastic barbecue in the sun. A very comfortable place for us to do everything we wanted! May 2009.
