Centrally located between the medieval towns of Shrewsbury, a large town with shops, a castle, theatre, riverside boat trip, abbey and museums, and Much Wenlock, a stunningly beautiful, historic town home to the modern Olympics and many unique shops, inns, tea rooms, a popular family butcher, a 12th-century priory and museum. There is easy access to many attractions such as Ironbridge Gorge Museum, Blists Hill Victorian Town, Attingham Park and Cardingmill Valley (both part of NT properties), Acton Scott ‘Victorian Farm’ and the Severn Valley Railway in Bridgnorth. For the more adventurous, enjoy pony trekking on Wenlock Edge, clay pigeon shooting, hill walking, cycling and a glider centre. Garage 2 miles. There is a country pub 5 minutes walk from the property.
