Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Lovely cottage close to the sea and great for dogs. The biggest drawback was that it was not close to shops, a pub etc. If you want a quiet break and don’t mind a remote location this is the one for you. Sept 2012.
  2. A well equipped property in a nice quiet location. Close walking distance to the beach. Only thing I’d have liked to see is a more comfortable sofa for those wet nights staying in and watching a film. July 2012.
  3. Lovely cottage, peaceful location, so nice to come back to after our day out, real home from home. Nice surprise to have free wifi available at property.Cottage had safety gates at top and bottom of stairs, useful to know for guests with young children. Flat screen TV and DVD player. Discovered Kidwelly Railway station, free parking near station, we went to Carmarthen and to Swansea another day, via excellent Aviva trains. May 2012.
  4. Lovely clean cosy cottage-perfect for the dogs. April 2012.
  5. The cottage was absolutely immaculate with two little Welsh cakes on a plate waiting for us! The dogs loved it and it was easy to keep them restricted to downstairs with wooden stairgate at top and bottom. Found so many fabulous deserted beaches and the trip to Laugharne to see Dylan Thomas’s House was on a beautiful sunny day so pictures of Laugharne Bay looked like the Carribean. It was so beautiful. Even met a woman whose mother had gone to Dylan Thomas’s funeral in Laugharne and had complained about all the "arty" people from London who went. Fabulous! We’ll be back. April 2012.
  6. Nice quiet relaxing holiday in Wales. June 2011.
  7. Very comfortable and clean - like a home from home! Feb 2011.
  8. The cottage was secluded and peaceful with virtually no traffic passing (at this time of year). Oct 2010.
  9. As described on web site. This was our first cottage holiday so did not know what to expect, and were pleasantly suprised to find all the equipment clean and in full working order. Sept 2010.
  10. We loved the location, very quiet, no through traffic, very close to the sea (accessed via caravan park). Modernised cottage with lovely rooms and furnishings, modern kitchen but still with some original features. BBQ and garden furniture were handy too. Aug 2010.
  11. The property was fantastic. Aug 2010.
  12. Very nice clean property. Aug 2010.
  13. Well equipped and peaceful. July 2010.
  14. Well equipped kitchen and although the cottage was compact there was a dining area and lounge area, good for pets as no carpets and a vaccum cleaner that worked! Bedrooms were airy with plenty of storage. June 2010.
  15. We liked the bedrooms and the excellent views. May 2010.
  16. Comfort and absolute cleanliness. March 2010.
  17. The cottage looked like it had been recently refurbished and was in very good condition, both internally and externally, and the quality of the furnishings were high for a property of this value. The open plan nature of the cottage ground floor made it feel quite spacious, and the layout was well designed. It is hard to think of anything that I would change about the cottage and it fitted our needs perfectly. The owners clearly care about the cottage and their guests. We stayed over Xmas and got to the cottage to find it had a lovely Xmas tree and lots of little decorations. Also, the owner popped down on Xmas morning to give us a bottle of wine and some chocolates. A special and thoughtful little touch. Dec 2009.
  18. The accommodation was very comfortable and clean. July 2009.
  19. Fabulous views, lovely location. Immaculate tasteful and well maintained. July 2009.
