Customer Comments

Selected comment(s) from customers who have enjoyed staying at this property:
  1. Good for dogs as woods on site. June 2012.
  2. Just arrived home from this beautiful cottage. We have stayed in many cottages, this one is by far the best on all levels. I will be re-booking for next year in the summer, unfortunately the only thing we were let down by was the British weather! My children 11 and 12 had a wonderful time exploring the woods. To rate it excellent does not do it justice. June 2012.
  3. Excellent property in a quiet place, yet five minutes from a busy town with great facilities. Would recommend it very highly. May 2012.
  4. Perfect holiday in the perfect location. April 2012.
  5. Very nicely presented cottage, Owners (Linda & Keith) were very nice and didn’t bother us at all. We were free to go wherever we wanted and use anything we liked. Walks in their 3 acre bluebell wood was very pleasing and access to neighbouring areas was no problem. Overll a very good holiday (despite the weather!) and I would highly recommend it for a peaceful time. April 2012.
  6. Very quiet location just outside Norwich. The owners house adjoins but would never know they were there apart from a very friendly welcome. Very nice walks through the woods on the property and good walks for the dog around the lanes and fields. Very close to supermarket so food no problem. The route into Norwich was very quiet and also close to Wroxham and the Broads. March 2012.
  7. Extremely comfortable and cosy - elegant decor and very well equipped. Lovely, friendly owners. Perfect location if you want to be near to the city by car yet still have the peace and quiet of the country (other than the odd aircraft coming into land at Norwich Airport)! Sept 2011.
  8. Peaceful country retreat close to the Norfolk Broads. Beautiful cottage (originally believed to be a gamekeepers cottage) steeped in history, attached to owners own home, with lovely gardens and woodland attached. Really nice proprietors, very helpful and friendly. Very nice welcome pack provided. Cottage had everything needed to make a relaxing and comfortable holiday. 10 minutes drive to Wroxham (said to be the capital of the Broads), approximately half to three quarters of an hours drive to the coast of Great Yarmouth. 5 minutes up the road was a Tesco superstore and also a park and ride in to Norwich city centre. Fantastic all rounder, could go on forever. Would definitely visit again and would definitely recommend! July 2011.
  9. Woodside Cottage is in a perfect location if you want to be near Norwich but somewhere with a country feel. June 2011.
  10. Woodside cottage was one of the best we have stopped in. Would highly recommend this cottage. Location was perfect for us only 20 minutes roughly to most places we visited. The owners were very pleasant and it was lovey to have the use of there conservatory. May 2011.
  11. Good sized accommodation in a quiet situation. Ideal for taking a dog. Sep 2010.
  12. The cottage ws in a very beautiful setting which although it felt remote was very well situated for all amenities. Aug 2010.
  13. Fabulous accommodation in a perfect location. We would absolutely book this property again. Aug 2010.
  14. The cottage was spotlessly clean with excellent facilities. There was a lovely welcome basket. We had shared use of a conservatory which gave us extra space and a chance to meet our hosts who were very helpful and pleasant. Probably the best cottage we have stayed in during 15 years with your company. Aug 2010.
  15. Excellently restored family home. Well equipped, interesting features, beautiful location, central to a lot of attractions. July 2010.
  16. Excellent peaceful & rural location with access to Norwich, The Broads & local amenities. The cottage has every facility you could require, with plenty of room & a very helpful owner - ticks all the boxes for a relaxing holiday whilst being within easy reach of everything Norfolk has to offer. June 2010.
  17. The location is excellent. June 2010.
  18. Central for how needs, walking, good local pubs, place’s to visit. April 2010.
  19. Clean, cosy, full of character and history and set in a lovely location. Oct 2009.
  20. Very well equipped kitchen. Tastefully decorated and everything of good quality. Very clean and welcoming. Excellent gardens and a woodland nearby, great for our small dog. Sept 2009.
