Property Description

Within 400 acres of some of the highest, wildest and most beautiful scenery in England and where guests are invited to enjoy designated public footpath walks, The Cote sits in a cluster of four barn conversions on a working farm. The cottages have been sympathetically transformed to retain many authentic features such as exposed beams, and boast high quality furnishings with solid oak flooring. The reservoir is three and a half miles in length with a thousand acres of clean and open water, which is devoted to wind surfing and sailing with five generous slipways for easy launch.
