Property Description

Whiting Bay Cottage is a lovely detached bungalow with a stunning uninterrupted sea view and is located at the south easterly corner of the Isle of Arran. Situated within the picturesque village of Whiting Bay, this cottage has two bedrooms and a large lounge/diner; the large picture windows which wrap around the corner of the building offer a fantastic view across the Firth of Clyde and towards the Holy Isle. Positioned on the shore front, roadside, in the heart of Whiting Bay, you can easily walk to the shops and restaurant. The cottage is bright and spacious providing ample space for a family of four. From the comfort of the lounge there is a panoramic view of the sea for guests to bird watch as the gannets dive for fish or oyster catcher’s peck amongst the rocks.

Ground Floor: Property is all at ground floor level, heated by electricity and comprises:
Lounge/Diner: With electric stove effect fire, TV, DVD, radio with large picture windows providing stunning sea views.
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, freezer, washing machine, breakfasting table and chairs with view over rear garden.
Bedroom 1: With double bed and sea views.
Bedroom 2: With two single beds.
Bathroom: With bath, large shower cubicle, WC and wash basin.

All electricity, bed linen and towels included. Cot and high chair available.Garden furniture and BBQ (coals not included). Fully enclosed fenced & walled grassy garden. Bicycle store behind property. Off road parking for 2 cars. NB: This property is in a roadside location and access to the pebble/sandy beach is across the road.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
