Property Description

White Pike is a detached cottage, set in its own enclosed lawned garden, on the edge of Threlkeld village close to Keswick Golf Club. The village boasts two inns, both offering bar meals and real ale and an excellent bus service. Located at the foot of the Blencathra fells it benefits from easy access off the M6, 15 minutes away, yet is only four miles from Keswick and Derwentwater. It is 20 minutes from Ullswater, has good access to Grasmere, central Lakes, Cockermouth and West Cumbria therefore making it an ideal base for all visitors.

Ground Floor: This comfortable, well equipped cottage is heated by night storage heaters and comprises:
Lounge/diner: With living flame gas fire, Freesat TV, DVD player, video, CD/radio and dining table.
Kitchen: With electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave.
Shower room: With heated towel rail.
Cloakroom: With hand basin and WC.

First Floor: Bedroom 1: with double bed and views to Clough Head.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds and views to Blencathra.
Bedroom 3: with a junior divan suitable for a child.
Bathroom: With shower over bath, hand basin, WC and heated towel rail.

All electric and bed linen included. Cot and highchair available. The garage houses a washing machine, spin dryer and garden furniture. Telephone for incoming calls only. Wi-Fi internet access. This property will accept up to two pets.Enclosed garden. Private parking for 2 cars. This property is accessed via a side road in the village off the A66.

If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately..
