With fine views towards the Westbury White Horse it is in an excellent position for touring the area. Bath 14 miles. Longleat House and Safari Park 5 miles. Salisbury is a short drive away, as is Stonehenge and Avebury. Shops and pub 1 mile.

  4. The White Horse property is ideally situated with a wealth of interestig places to visit from Bath, National Trust properties, The Avon and Kennet canal and White Horse hills walks. The local village of Hawkridge serves excellent pub meals. Oct 2011.

  17. The property was well situated alongside a man road but you were unable to hear the traffic from the property. This meant that there was easy access to many places of interest. Very suitable for people with limited walking as all on one level and large family areas. June 2010.
