Enjoying a most enviable location, only a few hundred yards from the golden sands of Holywell Bay, this spacious bungalow enjoys sea views and makes an ideal holiday base at any time of year. In an excellent location for touring the area, Newquay, Truro and Perranporth are all within a few miles drive. Golf, fishing, surfing, tennis and horse riding all available locally. 13th century inn just a short walk away. Shop (summer only) and pub 50 yards.

11 steps to ground floor: Living/dining room/kitchen. Second living room with double futon (for alternative sleeping). 3 bedrooms: 1 double, 1 twin, 1 bunk (for children) with en-suite shower room and toilet. Bathroom with shower over bath and toilet.

Open fire in living room (initial fuel included). Oil central heating, electricity and bed linen included. Towel hire. Cot. High chair. DVDs. Electric cooker. Washing machine. Dishwasher.Telephone-incoming calls only. Enclosed rear garden, decked terrace and furniture. Parking (2 cars). No smoking. Couples and family bookings only.

  4. Easy to see why this property has a Gold Award. Lots of nice little touches like the welcome basket of essentials (tea, coffee etc), milk in the fridge, fresh flowers and the grate laid up with a fire. Everything clean and working. Dec 2011.
  5. The cottage was fantastic, the location was fantastic, everything we wanted to do and visit was within easy driving time, in all it made not only a really good holiday; it made a fantastic honeymoon for us both. Oct 2011.
  6. The property was located in a superb location, near to the sea. Their was shopping facilities nearby which was convenient. Truro was pleasant to visit as it is the closest town. Went to Boscastle and Tintagel which were pretty and very pleasant. Sept 2011.

  10. The cottage is ideally placed, just a short walk from the beach and within a couple of minutes walk of two different pubs. Well appointed and with evrything needed. The wlcome pack makes sure that you have a reserve supply of the essentials just in case you arrive late. Recommended without reserve. April 2011.
  11. An excellent property in a brilliant location, beach on the doorstep. A lovely village with two excellent public houses which serve good food, for people taking a dog like us they were allowed in both. This is our second visit to this property and we will definitely be back for a third. March 2011.

  16. The property was very clean and nicely furnished. The owner provided a lovely welcome pack and fresh flowers, and was there to show us around the property. It was very close (5 min walk) to the beach, which is dog friendly all year round. Would definitely recommend. April 2010.
