The owners of this first floor apartment, are lovers of the great outdoors themselves and wish only that their guests will enjoy the excellent facilities they have provided here at Westside. The lengthy stone mullioned windows, recently exposed to their full potential during major refurbishment, allow plenty of light to flood through the open plan living space whilst offering guests good views of the surrounding fell range and the opportunity to plan your route for the coming day. The well fitted bathroom is on hand to help soak away those aches and pains whilst a quality and comfortable king size bed will ensure a good night’s rest in readiness for the day ahead.

First Floor: Property has a mix of under floor and instant electric heating and comprises:
Shared entrance leading to the first floor.
Small Hallway: Leading left into open plan living space
Lounge: With slate floor, comfy seating area, HD Freeview TV, DVD and dining space.
Kitchen: With washer/dryer, microwave, fridge with small freezer box, electric oven and hob.
The living area has direct access onto a metal fire escape.
Bedroom 1: With king size bed.
Bathroom: With tiled floor, shower over bath, wash basin, WC and heated towel rail.

All electric and bed linen included. Sorry no cot or highchair available as we do not feel the property is suitable for children.Outside: Private parking for one car.
