The waters of this area are the home of many different types of fish whilst Loch Lomond, the largest freshwater loch in Scotland, offers a wide range of watersports to suit all ages and abilities, including sailing, canoeing and waterskiing. With the historic town of Stirling and its castle, battlefields and monuments, and Glasgow, the city of culture and entertainment, both less than half an hour’s drive away.
