1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

Tucked away in an elevated, sylvan setting with views over beautiful, well-tended, sub-tropical gardens to the sea, this end-of-terrace, single-storey chalet is set in a small, peaceful, private development of twenty-six similar properties on the southernmost tip of the island. It has its own parking in a private gated carpark, and a series of steps take you up to the well-equipped holiday property, which is comfortably furnished, and has a large enclosed, south-facing timber-decked verandah equipped with barbecue, table, umbrella and relaxing sun-loungers. The chalet provides a great base from which to explore this lovely island, with superb walks down to the local beach or along the adjacent coastal path. Delightful, unspoilt Niton village, a short walk away, boasts a pub, general store, pharmacy, post office and tea rooms, while a famous 16th-century inn is only 10 minutes’ walk away for home-cooked food, fine wines and local ales. Within a short drive are the attractions at Blackgang Chine, miles of unspoilt countryside and the glorious seaside resorts of Ventnor, Shanklin and Sandown. Shop, pub and restaurant 0.5 miles.

  3. The chalet was fairly small but clean and had everything we needed. There were walking books and maps, and information on many tourist attractions in the chalet which was a great thought and really made our holiday - particularly the book of island walks. The kitchen had every utensil we needed along with a few cupboard essentials like cooking oil. It was in a very quiet location, but perfectly situated for access to coastal walks and local amenities and by short drive or long scenic walk to tourist attractions. There were a few problems with the digital television box cutting out but this was a minor problem. Sept 2009.
  4. Lovely, secluded and private location with excellent ambience amongst the trees and the wonderful gardens with an enticing view of the sea through the foliage. The decking area was spacious and well used and the caretakers friendly and helpful. This was a perfect base for our walking holiday...we walked right from the door on several occasions. The property suited our needs perfectly. Will definitely be booking again, so don’t make it sound too good...we want to keep it our little secret! July 2007.
