1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

All properties have exclusive use of indoor heated pool

Situated on the riverside, these four cottages provide guests with an excellent Broadland setting. These cottages make an ideal retreat at any time of year. Wayford Bridge is a private development of 5 holiday cottages, adjoining a boatyard (owners live on site), just set off the Great Yarmouth road near to Stalham, making an excellent touring and exploring base by boat or car. For guests enjoyment a dinghy is provided with each cottage, and use of an indoor heated swimming pool and sauna (not open to public) shared between the 5 cottages. Each cottage has patio doors to the riverside patio and its own small private garden with seating furniture and private quay heading, where fishing can be enjoyed in season. Malt Shovel (ref 17429) has a balcony leading off from the living room over looking the river. Easy driving distance to the coastline, with wide sandy beaches and nature reserves. Stalham, Wroxham, Hickling and Barton Broad all within 15 minutes drive. Norwich City, 12 miles. Great Yarmouth, 16 miles. National Trust properties within 1/2 an hours drive. Shop and pub 250 yards.

Ground floor: 2 bedrooms: 1 double with en-suite shower room and toilet, 1 twin with en-suite bathroom with shower over bath and toilet, both with beams and low ceilings. First floor: Living with balcony overlooking river/dining room/kitchen. NB: There is a passage way to the bedrooms with a very low beam. Properties 15518, 15519, 17429 and 19891 can be booked together to accommodate up to 19 guests.

All properties: Oil central heating (in winter), electricity and bed linen included. Electricity convector heaters (in summer) by £1 coin meter (excluding 17429). Towel hire. Travel cot. Video. DVD/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Shared laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Freezer. Wi-fi. Parking. Shared indoor swimming pool and coin-operated sauna. Private quay heading with sitting out area and furniture. Dinghy (and life jackets) included (no mooring for guests own boats). Day launch by arrangement with owner, £300per week including one tank of fuel (not available in the last week of July and all of August). NB: The properties are situated on the riverside.

  7. We were greeted with enthusiasm and shown our apartment by the owner. It was very comfortable and we had breakfast on the veranda overlooking the boat yard. The indoor pool was excellent and we used it every day. The location enabled us to visit a wide range of attractions including several of the northern Norfolk Broads (Horning, Ranworth and How Hill were our favourites), bird sanctuaries, the Broads Museum and East Rushton Old Vicarage gardens and the coast at Cromer.
