  15. Perfect location with elderly parents and teenage children to consider because of easy access to transport, lake-side and town. Light and bright, good layout of rooms and good sized rooms for our needs. One comment on the brochure - it said that it was newly re-furbished - this must have been some time ago, because although it was clean, the carpet and walls were not new by any means. June 2009.
