This stable conversion has been tastefully furnished and is one mile from the market town of Sedbergh. The studio lies adjacent to the owner’s home and several footpaths and cycle routes, including the Dales Way. Within easy reach of a 9-hole golf course and other sporting facilities including horse riding and angling. Sedbergh, the Western Gateway to the Yorkshire Dales lies within the National Park and is less than 30 minutes from the Lake District National Park. A perfect holiday base. Shops and pubs 1 mile.

Ground floor: Living/dining room/3 steps down to kitchen with flagged and tiled floor. First floor: 1 double bedroom. Bathroom with bath, shower cubicle and toilet.

Oil central heating, electricity, bed linen and towels included. Freeview TV. Stereo/CD. Electric cooker. Microwave. Washing machine and tumble dryer in barn. Seating area and furniture. Parking (1 car). Cycle store (in adjoining barn). No smoking. Unsuitable for children (except babes in arms) due to flagged area with steps. Friday to Friday.

  11. Surrounded by endless hills and fields, beautiful natural flowers. Sheep and horses visible from all rooms. Accommodation was tastefully and beautifully furnished. Additional touches such as as a pint of milk in the fridge and endless information leaflets made our arrival even more pleasant. Excellent distance from the town of Sedburgh, gives you chance to enjoy a daily evening stroll and take in the beauty of the surrounding area. Owner of Wardses was lovely and came to our rescue when our car broke down. July 2010.

  19. It is the rural location of this property which makes it so special. As walkers it was a delight even in February to walk from the studio door immediately accessing footpaths, looking out over fields, hills and wildlife. Stunning. Feb 2009.
