Enjoy superb sea views and sunsets across Totland Bay from the balcony of this semi-detached ‘upside down’ holiday home, which has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a good standard. Just a short stroll will take you to the beach with promenade and pier. The sandy beach at Colwell Bay which has a beach shop and cafe is also close by. A few minutes drive away is the historical ferry and harbour town of Yarmouth with its quaint shops. Nearby Freshwater has a variety of shop, supermarkets, restaurants, golf course, leisure centre and riding stables. Also within easy reach is Alum Bay’s coloured sands and the world famous Needles Rock Formation, and not forgetting the breathtaking Tennyson Down and Headon Warren. There are many other island attractions to discover which include National Trust homes and gardens, adventure parks, castles, zoo/wildlife centres and museums. Shops, pub and restaurant 250 yards.
