This property is situated in a pretty village within a 5 minute drive to the beach of Trevignon, and is set in a vast, flat lawned garden leading to a charming wooded area. The interior is spacious, light, and airy, thanks to large plate glass windows that lead to a wide, south-facing terrace. Villa Roudovic’s contemporary and classical features provide attractive and comfortable holiday accommodation. Trégunc is an interesting spot to discover Pont Aven, the famous village of painters that displays many galleries, as well as the colourful fishing port and fortified town of Concarneau.

Location: 5km E of Concarneau (large town, shops, restaurants, horse riding, swimming pool, windsurfing), 9km E of Pont Aven (shopping, restaurants, quayside, art galleries).

  1. Excellent accommodation, well equipped, spacious, clean in fact the owners have thought about almost everything, the one thing it could do with is a larger fridge. Owners were lovely and welcoming, even providing wine, bear, biscuits, chocs, juice and crepes. The property was excellently furnished with high standard mod cons and complete with outdoor games. Ideal position for the lovely beaches and touring. June 2012.

  3. Cannot recommend highly-enough! The house is spacious and well-furnished, and the garden and leisure equipment absolutely fantastic. A large, trampoline, good size football goal and net, full-size basketball post, a swing and slide, table tennis table, badminton kit, barbecue and a super table football table. Our two + year-old grandson, who was with us, had to be dragged out of the garden on leaving day! Everything worked (remember to prop the inside doors when the patio doors are open, though)! TV has English programmes. It’s only a five-minute drive to watch the sunset at Trévignon where there are sandy beaches as well as a harbour, and there’s a terrific little (Italian!) restaurant in St Philibert. In Tregunc itself, the boulangeries are, well typically-brilliant French cake and bread shops and there’s a street market on Wednesdays. The owners of the property were also fantastic. Entertaining - despite our lack of solid French and their lack of solid English - and discreet in that they saw us in, helped when we needed it, and saw us out, with the usual extra hour we needed to pack! They also gave us a lovely present of cakes, biscuits and wine when we arrived. The only, even vaguely relevant thing we would have changed, was to have a toilet in the en suite of the downstairs double bedroom, but that in no way diminished our enjoyment of the house.   4. Very friendly owners (who do not speak English) who have a marvellous and most spacious family home with everything you need. Large garden with many different sporting facilities of which the trampoline was the most popular with our grandchildren! Access through the owners property to the town centre is ideal and is only a few minute’s walk away. Tregunc has a marvellous market and is conveniently situated to visit other towns in the region - local beaches lovely as well. July 2011.

  7. The house was perfect for us and the garden a real treat. Our 3 children enjoyed all the games and the trampoline, with all the space to run around in it was great. Our parents came with us and there was plenty of space for all of us. The owners left us lovely welcome gifts of cake, wine, biscuits And sweets. The town of Tregunc is friendly and the local Patisserie was in walking distance and supplied lovely croissants. There was lots to explore in the local area with Pont Aven being a favourite of ours. There are also lots of gorgeous beaches to explore. We had a great time Mainly due to the house and it’s location. We would love to go back. May 2011.

  10. The accommodation is bright and airy, a real home from home. It is extremely well equipped to a very high standard. The living accommodation is spacious and ideal for a larger group on holiday together, especially if anyone wants some time to themselves. The garden is fabulous for children (and grown ups!) with all of the games/trampoline/loungers. We all loved the ’secret garden’ at the bottom of the garden in the wooded area, magical for two 5 year olds. The property is ideally placed in the lovely town of Tregunc, within walking distance of the boulangerie, shops and restaurants. However, the property is situated off the street via a quiet lane and is very secluded and not overlooked. The owners are lovely people and we appreciated their gifts of galettes, wine and a home baked cake! Aug 2010.
  11. The property was hidden jewel, away from the main road - it was hard to believe that we were only 500 yards from the town - it seemed as if we were in the midst of the countryside. The grounds to the property were enormous - perfect for children (I had 5 with me) with great outdoor entertainment from full size trampoline, table tennis, basketball, slide and swings to football goal. The house itself was modern and fitted with top end equipment from coffee machine to excellent washing machine. No criticisms at all from us - indeed we all want to go back, and when we win the lottery buy it and live there! July 2010.
