These semi-detached (W13001, W13002, W11725), detached (W13003) and terraced (W11703, W13135, W13136) holiday cottages have been renovated to a good standard on a 16th century fortified farm.

The properties are located in the countryside which is a great place to relax and they have the benefit of a shared, covered, heated swimming pool open all year round.

It is a good central location to visit the old town of Provins, only 20km away, with its medieval festival during the summer, fortified walls, timbered houses and underground galleries. Disneyland resort and park is only 30km and the famous castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte is 40km. The capital of Champagne, Epernay is 80km away, as is the centre of Paris with its many attractions including monuments, museums, beautiful shops and the Eiffel Tower.

Shop and café/bar 3km, restaurant 15km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, separate toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with basin, separate toilet and basin, 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize, 2 twin.

Electric heating, initial 8kwh of all fuel and power included in rent, remainder by meter reading at end of stay, cot, highchair, colour TV, radio/cassette player, enclosed patio, barbecue, outdoor furniture, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There is fenced water nearby.

The pool was great and the location is close enough to visit Paris. 30 mins drive to Disney and only 45 mins to central paris. I will be staying again in the near future. Thanks!!! Oct 2012.
  2. We really liked the location, it was close to Paris yet far enough away for peace and quiet. Only 40 mins from Euro Disney and 15 mins from the railway station to Paris. The house had everything we needed and was warm an comfortable. I can’t really fault anything other than probably not having a better shower, all that was in the main bathroom was a hand held. It certainly wouldn’t stop us recommending it. Oct 2011.
  3. A restful place to stay, just 30 mins away from Disney. Clean and well cared for with a small our door space to eat in if desired. We would go back. Aug 2011.
  4. Nice quiet rural location. Excellent value for money, spacious, comfortable accommodation, nice pool and some space outside for kids to play. 30 mins drive from Disneyland along quiet roads. Some nice day trips available other than Disneyland. April 2011.
  5. We have stayed there six times and wish we could live there. We have already booked for the New Year and fully intend using this as a base for Disneyland and Paris for years to come. Feb 2011.
  6. Well sized accommodation with comfortable sleeping and excellent showering/bathing facilities. Brilliant location, with very easy access to Disney and Provins. The pool was a real bonus and everthing was kept very clean and tidy. July 2010.

  8. A lovely position with a rear patio surrounded by water and a view over fields. A fantastic indoor swimming pool complete with changing room and showers. Well located for Eurodisney and you can get into Paris by train. A great part of France for exploring. May 2010.

  10. Very spacious and with unexpected amenities (a fondue kit), but took a bit of searching to find the vacuum and the place to deposit rubbish/recycling. Very pleasant to have pool available. Shops a very long distance away (car required). Dec 2009.

  14. Wonderful setting, the indoor heated pool is a real bonus for October half term!! Easy access to Paris by train, Disneyland is only half an hour away by car. We discoverd some wonderful places and are considering forgoing our usual destination of Normandy for another year in order to explore this area some more! The medieval town of Provins is a real gem.
