These semi-detached (W13001, W13002, W11725), detached (W13003) and terraced (W11703, W13135, W13136) holiday cottages have been renovated to a good standard on a 16th-century fortified farm.

The properties are located in the countryside which is a great place to relax, and they have the benefit of a shared, covered, heated swimming pool open all year round.

It is a good central location to visit the old town of Provins, only 20km away, with its medieval festival during the summer, fortified walls, timbered houses and underground galleries. Disneyland resort and park is only 30km and the famous castle of Vaux-le-Vicomte is 40km. The capital of Champagne, Epernay is 80km away, as is the centre of Paris with its many attractions including monuments, museums, beautiful shops and the Eiffel Tower.

Shop and café/bar 3km, restaurant 15km.

Ground floor: Lounge/diner, kitchen, separate toilet and basin. First floor: Bathroom with shower and 2 basins (no toilet), separate toilet, 3 bedrooms: 1 kingsize, 1 twin, 1 single.

Oil central heating, initial 8kwh of all fuel and power included in rent, remainder by meter reading at end of stay, colour TV (French channels only), wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, freezer, microwave, patio, outdoor furniture, barbecue, off road parking for 3 cars. Sorry, no pets. NB: There is fenced water nearby.

  1. This accommodation was an excellent base for us to use up explore Disneyland being only a half an hour drive away. The house was lovely, very clean and fairly spacious. The indoor pool was a good temperature, size and was very well maintained. The location was very quiet which was nice, it was quite remote with food shops a good ten minutes away by car. I would say if you stay there you really need a car. We will definitely stay there again. June 2012.
  2. Well located for Paris and Eurodisney. Provins and wildcat park well worth a visit. Children loved the swimming pool. Beds very comfy and cottage well equipped, only 1 sofa though that had seen better days (only bad point). May 2012.

  5. Standard of accommodation better than expected - especially for the price. Indoor swimming pool great for kids - they used it loads even when sunny outside. Property in quiet countryside but within 40 mins easy drive of Disneyland. Paris also only just over an hour’s easy drive away. Provins also near and definitely worth a visit. April 2011.
  6. Very convienient for Disneyland Paris which was 30 minutes up the road. Nearest amenities of significance were found in Coulummiers (supermarket), to which the onsite caretaker very helpfully directed me. Indoor pool was great for my daughter and very clean. Would certainly return to this property and combine with a trip to Disneyland. March 2011.

The site was a perfect retreat from the days events as whilst we stayed there, we visited Disneyland Paris, which was less than 30 minutes’ drive away. 7-15 miles to the nearest town(s) offering good shopping locations and historical places of interest. The swimming pool was open for 12 hours a day, and was warm every time we used it, tired the kids out perfectly. I would strongly recommend this property for those who would like a quiet place to stay, but are prepared for a little distance travelling to see the sights. Aug 2008.
  20. This property was even better than we were hoping. It was bigger than the photos looked on line. Spacious and comfortable. This property was so well located for visiting Disneyland, it was only 20 - 30 mins up one main road and so easy to find. It was fantastic to be able to return to the peace of the cottage after the hustle and bustle of Disney. We certainly had the best of both worlds and would highly recommend this property. We certainly hope to return in the future. April 2008.
