1. These terms and conditions should be read with the Booking Conditions and insurance information in our brochures or on our website. Especially note Sections 2, 4 and 7 of the Booking Conditions
2. Offer applies only to bookings for 2014 which are booked before 13th April 2014.
3. The low deposit payable under this offer is £25.
4. Does not apply to properties that sleep 10 or more.
5. The difference between the £25 low  deposit and the usual deposit shown in our main brochure or website is payable with the balance payment, which we must receive no later than 10 weeks before your booking starts, or at the time of cancellation if you cancel your booking. This payment will include all applicable charges as detailed on your booking confirmation, including any insurance premiums and any Ferry costs. If payment is not received in full on time, we can treat your booking as cancelled by you for a non-refundable reason. If this happens, you will be responsible for cancellation charges (as shown in our main brochure or our website) including any deferred Booking Fee, Personal Travel Insurance and Ferry crossings that you have chosen to buy, all of which must be paid immediately.

This spacious holiday property has wonderful views of the surrounding countryside and a splendid first floor living room with a wealth of beams. There are cosy log burners to keep you warm in winter and plenty of garden for everyone in the summer. This lovely property is ideally placed for walking and is situated just outside the village of Guilsfield near to the pretty market town of Welshpool with its twice weekly market, leisure centres and cinema. It’s also close to the imposing Powis Castle (NT) built by the Welsh princes and now home to the Earl of Powis, and the Welshpool and Llanfair Steam Railway which runs through the beautiful countryside to the small town of Llanfair Caereinion. Within easy driving distance is picturesque Lake Vyrnwy with a range of watersports, the interesting town of Llanfyllin and historic Shrewsbury with its abbey. Shop 1/4 mile, pub and restaurant 1/2 mile.

  8. The accommodation was beautifully appointed. There were eleven of us that weekend and we found that there was ample room for us to move about. The kitchen was well stocked with cutlery and china. Also, the dishwasher came in extremely useful. There was nothing with which we could find fault and the weekend was enjoyed by everyone. Oct 2010.

  10. Excellent accommodation over 3 floors with ample space for you to spread out. Lovely south facing patio with views over the welsh countryside. Great walking & cycling especially with the Montgomery Canal so close. Welshpool is 5 min drive with plenty of food superstores & so many garden centres I lost count. April 2010.
  11. The property is rural and comfortable. The owners live in an adjacent property and are friendly, helpful and approachable. Because of these factors we felt "at home". A lovely break.. Oct 2009.
  12. The house was large and comfortable. All the bedrooms were well appointed and the patio was fabulous with new garden chairs and tables, which we made much of use of looking at the scenery and drink lots of wine. The gem though was the main living room with wooden beams and lots of room. For a large group of friends to get away and relax I don’t think we could have found anywhere any better. July 2009.
