This large, double fronted Victorian house is situated in the pretty coastal town of Sutton-on-Sea just 2 minutes walk from the beach. With its own garden and games room, it provides the ideal holiday base for any family wishing to explore. Mablethorpe, just 4 miles has ‘Kids Adventure World’ ideal visit for those wet days whilst Skegness just 12 miles, has entertainments for all ages with Europe’s biggest classic ferris wheel, Hardy’s animal farm and Natureland Seal Sanctuary to name a few. Well positioned for towns such as Alford, Horncastle, Lincoln and Boston which are all within easy access. There are castles, country houses, windmills and market towns to explore as well as walking or cycling in the Lincolnshire Wolds which is an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, or follow the World War II Bomber trail steeped in aviation history. Links golf course 1 mile. Shops and pub 100 yards.

  9. The accommodation is large, clean and well equipped. It is very handy for the shops and beach. The central heating is very efficient should you be taking a winter break like us. March 2009.
  10. Reasonably well furnished property, good position for beach & facilities. The games room is a very good addition (particularly when the weather is not so good!) Could do with another bathroom (or toilet). For people with children and/or pets, the rear of the property requires securing. Not impressed that maintenance (painting the front windows) on the property was done whilst we were in residence - privacy imposed upon and not something we would ever expect. Sept 2009.
