Enjoying spectacular views over Port Isaac Bay and surrounding countryside, these six timber lodges are furnished and equipped to a very comfortable standard providing excellent all year round holiday accommodation.
Located next to the owner’s 18th century farmhouse adjoining a 4-acre smallholding with farm animals, situated just under a mile from the unspoilt historic fishing village of Port Isaac with its harbour nestling in the folds of the steep cliffs between Rock and Tintagel.
The area around Port Isaac is designated as being an AONB. Two footpaths lead to the Heritage coast path from the farm. The sandy beaches of Polzeath, Daymer Bay and Rock are within a few minutes’ drive, with a ferry from Rock to Padstow, where bikes may be hired for a ride along the Camel Trail to the market town of Wadebridge which is 9 miles by road.
Visit the picturesque village of Tintagel which is steeped in history about its legendary castle, said to have belonged to King Arthur, with Merlin’s caves in the coves below. The quaint fishing village of Boscastle with its picturesque harbour and Bodmin Moor is easily accessible.
The area offers excellent golf courses, horseriding fishing and watersports. Shop and pub 1 mile.

Laundry room with coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer. Dishwasher. Fridge/freezer. Private patio and furniture. 1-acre field for games, kites etc. Parking (2 cars).

  1. Great to have country walks on doorstep and lots of interesting places to visit by car. Good location for touring. May 2012.
  2. The views are lovely from the Lodges and loved having the ducks and chickens wandering about. Ideal location if you have a dog. It does not take very long to walk into Port Isaac or Port Gaverne. Recommend the Port Gaverne Hotel for food and it is a friendly atmosphere, dogs welcome too. Beautiful scenery all around, we loved it. March 2012.

  4. The accommodation was attractively furnished and had beautiful views out to sea. Deceptively small - the interior felt very spacious. Great shower, very useful airing cupboard for drying towels after a day on the beach. Located on a farm, it was family friendly with ducks and chickens pottering around. Our 3 small boys loved it, playing outside the chalet in the field. Total peace and quiet. Perfect location for exploring North Cornwall coast. So enjoyed our weekend stay - we felt as though we had been away for a lot longer. July 2010.

  8. Loved the property, our 2nd visit to trewetha farm. Lovely timber lodge,plenty of space for us all (4 adults, 2 kids, 2 dogs). Fab sea views and very friendly ducks, chickens. Clean comfy beds and the property heated up very quickly (ideal in march when we went) owners nice and helpful and wecloming. March 2010.

  11. Excellent location and lovely view. Cottage was great for kids as all on one level, and fully equipped with dishwasher etc. Owner was very helpful and apologetic when he realised he’d forgotten our towels. Nov 2009.
  12. Property was very spacious and nice, however carpets were bit grubby. But other than was nice place. Was a lovely setting, only short walk to Port Issac where we saw them filming Doc Martin and met Martin Clunes! Accommodation was cosy and nice and our little lad loved feeding the goat on the site.
